Will servicing with you void my manufacturer's warranty?
No. Under EU Block Exemption Regulation 461/2010, you have the right to have your vehicle serviced at an independent workshop without invalidating the warranty, provided the service is carried out in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications and using matching quality parts. We strictly adhere to these requirements.
Do you provide electronic service records?
Yes. We have access to the official digital service portals of major manufacturers (BMW, Mercedes, VW Group, Mazda, etc.) and will officially log your service history, maintaining your vehicle's resale value.
What is your parts policy?
We exclusively use OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) or OES (Original Equipment Supplier) parts. This ensures the reliability and safety of your vehicle meets factory standards.
